Recorded Classes

We are now offering recordings of our live-streamed classes daily. Recording links will be sent out at the scheduled time and be available for 24 hours so you can take the class on your own time. Just sign up for class as usual (though MBO) and we’ll send you an email to the link to the class recording.


Ballet Basic Recording

Similar to our in-studio class, this 55-minute ballet class set to current/cool tunes that is a staple in the Ballet Bodies repertoire. Staying true to classical ballet we work through combinations that primarily take place at the barre.

Required equipment: stable surface to use as a ballet barre like the back of a chair or counter.

Ballet shoes suggested.


Ballet Fit Recording

This class is a combination of some of your favorite BB classes - Ballet Sculpt, Ballet Move, and Ballet Burn. This class combines a series of ballet and Pilates steps in a circuit that get you toned like a ballet dancer from the comfort of your own home.

Suggested equipment: yoga mat.


Ballet Stretch Recording

This class is dedicated to stretching and lengthening muscles through a combination of ballet and yoga movements. A relaxing way to elongate your physique while keeping the muscles and joints healthy and mobile. As always, we’re moving to the music of the times.

Suggested equipment: yoga mat, yoga strap(s) if needed.

    1. Sign up through our website or the MindBody app.

  2. How will I get the link to the recorded class?

    1. Links to class recordings will be sent out at the time of class. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR EMAILS WITH LINKS.

    2. If you do not receive a link, please email us at info@balletbodies.com to get a backup link.

  3. How long is the recording link live?
