Ballet Bodies will be hosting specialty classes the last Sunday of every month to help you mix up your fitness routine!
June’s Specialty Series class will be BALLET MOVE on June 30 at 1:00pm!
Ballet Move is a fun, high-intensity cardio dance class. Similar in intensity to Ballet Burn, this 55-minute class will get your heart pumping and spirits up with energetic choreography and routines. No trampolines for this class - just you and your groovy self!
